Referrer Information

At ReActive Physiotherapy, we welcome referrals from GPs, specialists, and other healthcare providers across women's health and general musculoskeletal physiotherapy care.

How to Refer

A written referral isn't required for privately paying patients, but is welcomed for continuity of care. For patients accessing a Medicare rebate under a GP Management Plan (EPC), or referrals under WorkCover, CTP, or DVA, please send the referral via email or fax using the details above.

If available, please include any relevant scans, reports, or clinical notes ahead of the patient's first appointment to support continuity of care.

Billing & Rebates

We are a mixed billing practice. Patients are charged in full at the time of consultation, and we submit Medicare claims on their behalf where a valid EPC referral is in place.

Standard consultations: $80 (Medicare EPC rebate of $63.40 applies, bringing out-of-pocket cost to $16.60)
Women's health and pelvic floor consultations: $170 initial / $130 follow-up (Medicare EPC rebate of $63.40 applies, bringing out-of-pocket cost to $106.60 initial / $66.60 follow-up)

We accept and treat patients under:

• Workers Compensation

• Compulsory Third Party (CTP)

• Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)

• Private health funds (HICAPS available on-site)
