Knee Pain

Knee Pain Physiotherapy

Why does my knee hurt?

The knee is an important weight bearing joint that can result in altered biomechanics in walking/running patterns when injured. The knee can suffer from acute (sudden injuries) usually caused by trauma from sports, or chronic/overuse injuries such as arthritis. A physiotherapist can provide a diagnosis for the injury, provide pain relief for both acute and chronic conditions, and a tailored exercise program to rebuild strength, improve movement, and have your knee functioning like it was before.
